How to use:
Loose Leaf: Steep 1 teaspoon (approx. 3 g) per 1 cup of boiled water for approximately 7 min. Re-steep for full extraction.
Large Batch: Pour 1/3 of the jar (approx. 28 g) into a pot containing 1/2 gal water. Keep on low heat for 30 - 45 minutes. Do not simmer or boil. Let cool and refrigerate for an iced tea.
Grinded: Grind the tea into a powder and add 1/4 teaspoon to a smoothie or juice.
