Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products we carry, all sales are final, with the exceptions outlined below.

Final Sale Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on. 

  • Oral care products

  • Dental care products

  • Personal care items

  • Beauty or cosmetic products

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with

Once these items leave our store or are delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Product Packaging & Manufacturing

Some products may include packaging components designed to prevent leakage during shipping. These are not safety seals unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer. Packaging design and manufacturing standards are determined by the product’s producer.

If you have concerns regarding packaging or formulation, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly assist if:

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • Your order arrives damaged during transit

To be eligible for review:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

  • The item must be unused

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
